The Accomodations : The property is situated on the ground floor of a three-story building and has over 2000 square feet of living space. There are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom: a master with a king size bed, a guest room with either a king size or two easily converted single beds, and a loft with two single beds. There is also a comfortable queen sofa bed for the occasional guest.
The eafin kitchen is spacious and well equipped with new appliances. lt has a large window, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and direct access to the patio. An adjoining laundry room has a new washer and tumble dryer. An outstanding feature of this home is the 700 sq. ft. living room, with twentyfoot ceilings, detailed moldings, large mirrors, chandelier, stone floors and marble fireplace. Tall French doors open to a private shaded terrace for ouf door dining, while an area of this spacious room is reserved for indoor dining to seat from four to twelve. The décor is provencal country elegance with comfortable furniture.

How to qet there : Uzes is conveniently located within a 30 minute drive of the Nimes, Garon Airport, or a 35 minute drive from Avignon, where France's bullet train, the TGV, has frequent non-stop trips from the center of Paris (Gare de Lyon) or directly from the Charles de Gaulle, Roissy airport. lvlajor rental car companies are available in Nimes or Avionon.
