With all the modern amenities. Dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven. Coffee and juice machine.
1st Floor
Sun terrace with a beautiful view of Uzés and its castle.
Main bedroom : Large bedroom, double bed with wardrobe, chair. Bedroom two: Main bedroom, double bed, wardrobe and chair, wooden flooring throughout bedroom.
Bathroom: Power shower, bath with power shower handle, washbasin and cupboard space. Separate toilet.

Greeting and introduction to the house on arrival by our agent. Electricity and heating.
The only extras are:
* Deposit in the form of a personal cheque of € 400 (euro), to be reimbursed within 8 weeks after departure, in full or deducted for repairs. * Telephone as per France Telecom's bill. * Obligatory rental of linen at € 10 (euro) per person for 1 set. * Optional: Rental of towels, Bath towel € 4 (euro)/pc, hand towel € 3 (euro)/pc. * Single cleaning charge of € 100 (euro). * Electricity € 50 (euro) per week. * For heating, if needed, € 80 (euro)/per week.
Arrival / Departure :
* Arrival on Saturday, between 4.30 pm and 7.00 pm. * Departure on Saturday not later than 10.00 am.
* 50% within one week of making the booking the rental is confirmed when the payment is received. * 50% a full 30 days before arrival. * Deposit of £100 (Euros 150 US$ 180) 30 days before arrival to cover telephone and breakages. The balance of the deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure.
Cancellations
* If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. * If the cancellation reaches us between 90 and 30 days before arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. * If the cancellation arrives 30 or fewer days before the arrival date a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
In each of the above cases we will be prepared to reduce the cancellation fee to 10% if we can find another tenant for the same period on the same terms.
